Vac Door Latches

Latches are simple mechanical components that keep your coin vac door tightly secured, which is important for several reasons. For vacuum suction, it’s important to maintain a tight seal between the access door and tank. The latches keep the door completely closed, squeezing the gasket tight and locking in air. An open access door is also an invitation to thieves and vandals to get into your vacuum to steal money or cause damage. Keeping the door closed is the first line of defense against these problems. From a visual perspective, a wide-open door looks sloppy and careless, which is a negative when you’re trying to create a clean, safe environment at your car wash.

We have both loop and striker style latches. They are easily installed and replaced, typically only requiring a screwdriver and a few minutes.
