The VPOS TOUCH MDB from NAYAX is a complete card reader and contactless payment solution for vending applications. This compact, attractive unit is made with tough materials and features a 2.4" color touchscreen with easy, intuitive operation for customers. It accepts most major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards. Additionally, it takes NFC digital payment and can process static and dynamic QR codes. To add to the payment functionality, you can also use this telemetry device to engage with customers, create promotions, and gather data to make strategic pricing and stocking decisions. The NAYAX VPOS TOUCH MDB is a robust contactless payment device used with credit, debit, and prepaid cards as well as mobile and NFC payments. It has an MDB interface, meaning it is designed for use with electronic vending machines of nearly any type. This all-in-one solution that allows you to engage with your customers, stay on top of transactions and inventory from anywhere, and make data-driven decisions. The unit is compact, so it will fit well even on smaller vending machines in which space is limited. It boasts an attractive, eye-catching yellow body with a full-color touchscreen for operation.
One of the most convenient aspects of working with NAYAX is that they handle all payment facilitation instead of you dealing with a bank. You pay a transparent flat rate to NAYAX and don't have to deal with interchange fees, chargebacks, and other financial nuisances. No matter what additional fees banks may charge, your rate stays the same with NAYAX. Plus, you don't need to reconcile your transactions with bank statements. NAYAX provides a statement that shows all transactions broken down by the machines you have, the simple NAYAX processing fee, and the net amount of your deposit.
Once a customer presents their card or device for payment, the encrypted transaction is sent to NAYAX servers through cellular technology (no need for hardwiring, no connectors, no routers). NAYAX follows PCI compliance, adhering to the highest security standards for credit card processing. The business owner is out of the scope of this process, so NAYAX is responsible for the rare security issues that do arise. NAYAX passes the transaction to the proper bank to facilitate the transaction. Money is sent to NAYAX, then distributed to you.
NAYAX charges 5.95% per transaction (recommended for $5 and less) or 2.5% + $.10 per transaction (recommended for over $5). They also charge a $7.95 monthly service fee for each device, which covers all functionality and services. In some cases, you can opt out of the monthly fee if you don't require the advanced options offered by NAYAX.
In many cases, installation is plug & play. Upon receipt of your Nayax device, you’ll find all the information needed to install your device, as well as how to contact customer support for any additional help. Helpful videos are also available.

The funds will be transferred at the end of each payment term - weekly to your chosen (in the contract) bank account. Nayax helps you reconcile your funds by machine. You will receive an invoice at the end of each payment term that consist of funds during the previous payment period minus our monthly service fee per machine. Payment term - Weekly\Monthly
Simply install the device and you will receive an e-mail with user activation instructions to our management system. In the device box you will find all the information you need to install the device.
NAYAX provides a limited warranty period of 12 months for your VPOS Touch device. In the unlikely event that your device needs repair service or for additional information, please contact support@nayax.com. In your contract, you will find the Limited Warranty Terms and Limitations.
NAYAX experienced tremendous growth in a short period, and as a result their support queue was extremely overloaded. Unfortunately, this did create a negative reputation in regard to their customer service, despite a vastly positive outlook on their products. They are transparent about this issue and made significant strides towards improvement. In response, NAYAX completely revamped their support team. They now have 50 tier-1 support members and a 10-person CSM team that provides resources and direct assistance to customers.
